- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
- Clearance items, items on sale, and personalized items are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Options
- Within the first 7 days of receiving your order, you can request a full refund.
- For the remaining 21 days of the return window, we offer store credit or exchanges for items.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
- We strive to provide high-quality products, but if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@vampyrela.com. We do not offer refunds for items damaged during the return shipping process or if the package is lost. We recommend using shipping methods with tracking and insurance for returns.
